Our Mission

The Candidate Next Step Team believes that assisting job seekers to obtain a career they will love is our #1 priority. The Candidate Next Step (CNS) system uses the custom Career Portal to offer job seekers a one stop shop place to revamp or, write from scratch, their resumes, learn interviewing skills, gain advancement in the career they are in or train for a completely different one. One of our more impressive features is the ability for a job seeker, once logged into your custom Career Portal, to view job listings from thousands of different Internet sites instead of having to go to multiple places and register there. In doing this we monetize the steps the job seeker will need to take to benefit the Staffing and Recruiting firms who send these job seekers to the system through their custom Career Portal.

Our Team

The Candidate Next Step system was designed through a partnership of Barbara J. Bruno, CPC, CTS and the Candidate Next Step development and marketing teams.  Barbara has over thirty years of expertise in the Staffing and Recruiting Profession as a Big Biller, Manager, Owner, Entrepreneur, Speaker and Author. The CNS development and marketing teams bring over 25 years of experience in developing business solutions for companies from sole proprietorships to the US Government and multi-million dollar companies.  Our Customer Service team rounds out the group offering excellent, knowledgeable and timely assistance to our customers.
