The following is a preview of the core pages and offerings you will be able to provide to your candidates with your own company branded CNS Career Portal. Please keep in mind that you will have a selection of templates (various colors and themes) to choose from when you build your site with our easy to use Career Portal builder. Customized Career Portal
Your custom Career Portal will display your company name, logo and your personalized text
on the homepage. This page will allow the candidate to perform a job search, register and
login. The candidate will be able to see a listing of jobs in their area but
will only be able to review the details once they have registered.
Personalized Candidate Dashboard
Once a candidate registers they will be taken to their custom dashboard. This page links
to all the tools a candidate will need to: write a resume using the Resume Wizard, search
for education opportunities, view the Career Library, take the Career Assessments, perform
advanced job searches and apply for jobs online, and take advantage of our free resources;
such as Resume cards and free industry publications.
Once registered we have the ability to monitor the page views and actions a candidate takes within your custom
Career Portal.
Job Listings from over 1,000 different sources
The job search feature allows a candidate to perform a search of our more than 1,000 aggregate
job listing sites. These sites include Dice, Monster, Hot Jobs, Yahoo, Job Fox and more. Once they
perform a search they can view the job details as well as apply for a job using the resume they
already have or one they create using the Resume Wizard.
Resume Wizard
The Resume Wizard will walk a candidate step by step through the process of
creating a resume. Once completed they have the option of viewing the Career
Advisor that will point out areas of concern on their resume, such as gaps in
employment, jobs held less than two years etc. The Career Advisor will then
offer suggestions on how to repair these negative issues to create a more desirable
resume. The candidate will have the option to download their resume at any time and
also be able to download multiple resumes that can be customized for each career
opportunity in which they wish to apply.
Candidate Career Library
Our Career Library offers detailed articles and videos for the candidate on
such topics as: Interviewing, Resumes and Cover Letters, Networking, Maintaining
Your Current Job, and Advancement. This library was designed to assist the candidate
in all aspects of the job search and beyond.
Interest Profiler Assessment
A candidate who is unsure of what career field they are most suited to can
take one or both of these assessments to determine what fields they might
find the most satisfactory. The Interest Profiler uses 180 questions to
discover what types of work they find most interesting and enjoyable.
Work Importance Profiler Assessment
The Work Importance profiler determines what kind of working conditions the candidate
would finds the most desirable. Our system has the ability to combine the
results of the two assessments to offer the candidate a series of jobs they would
find the most enjoyable and rewarding.

advance their education or keep informed about their industry.
Education Opportunities
Our education opportunities are a great addition to your custom Career Portal. With the ability
to search by industry or area a candidate can advance their current career field or begin training

We all know the importance of keeping up to date on information about your industry.
These free publications give a job seeker that extra edge and also help keep those currently
