2. Can I use a domain that I already own for my Career Portal?
Yes, you may use your own domain. Once you have invested in Happy Candidates, simply submit a request to support@happycandidates.com.

3. Is this offered outside of the US?
Happy Candidates is currently offered to U.S. and Canada based companies only.

4. How do I make money on this?
Commissions are earned when Job Seekers perform specific actions within your Career Portal. Examples of some of the resources that generate commission include but are not limited to the following: Resume Cards, Resume Services, Free Publications, Job Search clicks and Requesting Educational Information. New offers will be added and current ones are subject to change.

5. When do I get paid?
Once you have reached the minimum payout requirement of $25.00 a check will be issued to you on the 15th of the following month. You will see this information in your owners back office.

6. How do I make changes to my Career Portal?
You can make changes by logging into your Back Office at www.happycandidates.com and then clicking on the Career Portal Wizard.

7. How do I login to my back office?
The URL to access your Back Office is www.happycandidates.com Enter your Username and Password that you created at time of investment. Click the Lost Password link if you have forgotten your password.

8. How much does Happy Candidates cost?
Monthly Plan - $24.00 per month Annual Plan - $249.00 per year Lifetime Plan - $599.00 (one time charge)

9. What is the best way for me to market this to my database to get the best results?
Those who are in contact with their database on a regular basis can anticipate a higher registration rate than those who are not in regular contact with their database. There is an email template in the Career Portal Back Office in the Library that can be used to announce your Career Portal to your Database.

10. What tools can you offer me to guide me through this process?
The Career Portal Wizard consists of five easy steps that are followed to create your Career Portal. Set up can literally be completed in ten minutes. Your Back Office will provide you with email templates, scripts for your front desk person and sales team. There are webinars that provide additional guidance. Our support team is also available to answer any questions support@happycandidates.com

11. Do I refer placeable candidates to my Career Portal?
It is completely your choice. Many of our clients have posted a banner or link on their company website which means that any and all job seekers have the option of registering for their career portal.

12. What does this cost the candidate?
Registration is completely free for Job Seekers/Candidates. Many of the resources offered through the Career Portal are also free. Registrants have the option to utilize paid resources offered.

13. Can I see the candidate's names for those who have signed up?
We are in the process of adding this feature.

14. On my Career Portal, who receives the "contact us" information?
When a Job Seeker uses the "Contact Us" option, the email will come to the Happy Candidates Support Team. When the team corresponds with your Job Seekers, the email appears to be coming from your organization. We remain anonymous to the Job Seeker.

16. What services does Happy Candidates provide to my candidate (Free and Paid)?
The services will vary and are subject to change. Career Portal registration is free. Some of the current free resources include, but are not limited to the following: Resume Cards, Assessment Tools, Publications, Educational Information, Resume Review, Resume Builder, Career Advisor and Live Weekly Job Seeker Training Calls.

Job Seekers will have to option to utilize the paid resources offered on the Career Portal. An example of the paid services offered include: Resume Tune-up, Resume Re-Write, Coaching and CD's.
